Committe Meeting dates & other Dates for your diary

Dates for committe meetings are as follows:

September 19th 2009

November 14th 2009

January 16th 2010

March 6th 2010

These are the committee meetings all Saturdays all starting at Midday in the jug and barrel

Presentation night date is May 15th 2010 time 19:30hrs

AGM May 23rd 2010 time 15:00 hrs with a curry after as a possibility

Both the last 2 dates yet to be confirmed but Matty said I can go book them straight away.

At the beggining of the season kev will be giving a list of dates of committee meetings to each member of the committee. If you cannot make these meetings you must find a representative to take your place. For example the reserve manager not there so his number 2 fills in.
